Sponsor placement terms

These terms govern sponsored placements on freeLLM.net. By submitting an application or paying for a sponsorship, you agree to these terms, which operate separately from the general website terms of service.

1. Plans and pricing

All placements are one-time purchases for 30 days. Each approved placement includes the full sponsor profile in /sponsors/.

  • Directory Listing — $20: A full profile in the public sponsor directory.
  • Standard Homepage Placement — $100: Homepage logo and service name, plus priority directory placement above Listing profiles, ordered by payment confirmation time.
  • Featured Homepage Placement — $200: The first fixed homepage banner position and first position in the recommended provider directory.

Homepage banner inventory is limited to one Featured position and six Standard positions at a time. Standard positions are fixed and ordered by payment confirmation time; a seventh Standard campaign must wait until a position becomes available. Directory Listings have no fixed directory inventory limit. Placement order describes visibility priority; it does not guarantee impressions, clicks, traffic, leads, or conversions.

Longer campaigns: Standard checkout covers one 30-day period. Sponsors needing 60 days or more should contact support before paying. We will confirm continuous inventory, schedule consecutive 30-day periods, and arrange a one-time Stripe payment. Longer campaigns never renew automatically.

2. Eligibility and Authentication

To submit and manage sponsorships, applicants must sign in with a Google or GitHub account. Login provider identity does not establish ownership of a service or guarantee its reliability; ownership evidence is reviewed separately.

3. Payment and Mandatory Review Before Publication

After submitting the form, applicants pay through Stripe. Payment does not publish a listing: every submission undergoes manual verification before publication. Submissions must substantiate genuine free-tier or trial API access for developers, provide valid pricing documentation, and supply verifiable proof of domain or service ownership. Approval immediately publishes the placement and starts its full 30-day period at that exact time. Rejected applications receive a full refund processed manually by support.

4. One-Time Payment and No Automatic Renewal

All sponsorships are processed as one-time, fixed-term transactions through Stripe. We do not store payment credentials, do not enroll sponsors in recurring billing, and never automatically renew campaigns. At the end of the 30-day window, listings and banners automatically expire and disappear from public display without requiring manual intervention. Sponsors wishing to continue must apply for a renewed placement at /submit, which is reviewed anew.

5. Scheduling and Availability

Placements appear after approval. Featured is first, followed by Standard and then Listing. Within each tier, earlier confirmed payments appear first. Review time is not deducted from your 30-day placement. If the requested position cannot be scheduled, contact support for another date or a full refund.

6. Editorial Separation and Advertising Disclosures

Sponsored placements are paid commercial advertisements and are conspicuously labeled with “Sponsored” identifiers. Sponsoring freeLLM.net does not influence model directory listings, performance benchmarks, token rate limits, sorting algorithms, or editorial reviews. Providers operate independently. A sponsored placement is not a guarantee of their reliability, continued free access, or handling of customer funds. We provide no guarantee of specific impressions, clicks, traffic, leads, or conversions.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

  • Unstarted Campaigns: If a campaign has not yet reached its scheduled publication time, the sponsor may request cancellation and a full refund by contacting support.
  • Platform Early Termination: If freeLLM.net removes or ends an active placement early for reasons other than a sponsor breach, a prorated refund for remaining unused days will be provided.
  • Policy Violations: Placements may be suspended or terminated immediately if the service removes free access, alters quotas dishonestly, promotes harmful or unlawful software, or violates these terms. Contact support to discuss any unused paid period.
  • Disputes and Chargebacks: A payment dispute pauses the placement while it is reviewed.

8. Review Feedback and Support
