What you purchase

FreeLLM Plus is a one-time payment of $4.99 USD for 30 days of access. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the payment email address and, if available, your Stripe receipt or Payment Intent ID. We may ask for additional details to locate the transaction.

After a refund

When a refund is completed, Plus access is revoked. The refund is sent back through the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the card issuer or payment provider.

Payment disputes

Please contact us first so we can review the payment and resolve account or access problems quickly. A refund or account correction may be completed faster than a card dispute.
